He is currently enrolled in the PAIVE program through the district. He attends Timberlake Church and has served as part of the greeting team in the past. He loves everything about Duvall. He takes a walk around town almost every day, and loves saying hi to friends that he sees in town, as well as spending time at McCormick Park.
2025 Co-Grand Marshal

It’s only fitting that someone with the last name DuVall would be one of the city’s most dedicated champions! This year’s co-Grand Marshal, Sandy DuVall, is a long-time resident, business owner, and tireless volunteer who has quietly shaped our community behind the scenes for over two decades. Since moving here with her husband Ron in 2001, Sandy has become deeply involved in nearly every corner of town life—serving on the boards of the Duvall Civic Club, the Duvall Historical Society, and the Rotary Club of Duvall, where she’s been a member since 2005. Through her business, DuVall’s Dazzling Designs, she supports nonprofits, school groups, community festivals, and small businesses—often donating custom signage, apparel, and marketing items to help others shine.
What truly sets Sandy apart is her selfless spirit and relentless generosity. From helping organize Duvall Days and SandBlast, to supporting school events, fundraisers, and veterans’ breakfasts, Sandy gives not just her time, but her heart. She is known for quietly working behind the scenes, offering creative ideas, logistical help, and even picking up litter around town—always with her trademark warm smile. She doesn’t seek recognition, but her impact is undeniable. “She is the engine of the community,” one nomination read. “Everywhere you look, Sandy has had a hand in it.”
Throughout the Duvall Days Grand Marshal nomination process, the community poured in praise for Sandy—calling her a mentor, a cheerleader, a friend, and the very heart of Duvall. Whether it’s through her volunteer work, her kind support of others, or the countless hours she spends lifting up our local organizations, Sandy DuVall represents the best of what our town is all about. We’re honored to celebrate her this year. Congratulations, Sandy!
