Thank you for your interest in the 63rd Annual Duvall Days Festival on June 3rd, 2023. We are currently reviewing your application to be a festival activity. While most activity applications are accepted, we do monitor requests for space and feasibility. If your application is not accepted, we will notify you as quickly as possible and refund your fee (if applicable).
Once your application is final approved you will receive an e-mail confirmation from activities@duvalldays.org with more information within 14 business days of your application submission. In the meantime, please review the Certificate of Insurance requirements below and ensure you can comply with the requirements. You will receive your load in/out information, map of entrance to get past the police barricade as well as any other pertinent information by mid-May.
Certificate of Insurance Requirements
You are required by the City of Duvall to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the Duvall Chamber of Commerce and City of Duvall as additional insured and provide us with a certificate, emailed to activities@duvalldays.org within 2 weeks of submitting your application. If you are not able to provide this Certificate of Insurance (COI) your application will be immediately rejected.
