Music Matters is a group of artists and community members who get together monthly to explore collaborative music making.  Over the last two years, through referrals and word of mouth, it's grown from a handful of people to sometimes twenty or more.  We have a multi-generational collection of performers on stage with us today, some of whom having their first stage performance ever.  We invite you to take one of the lyric books at the front of the stage and sing, play or dance along.

THE STUDIO IS SNOQUALMIE VALLEY’S ULTIMATE ADULT DANCE AND FITNESS EXPERIENCE. OUR UNIQUE CLASSES ARE SURE TO BE THE PERFECT FIT FOR ANY-BODY. This year we will be doing a class demo of one of our many great classes called POUND®

12:35pm -Veronika Rocks

Veronika Rocks is a trained, dedicated and world-renowned circus performer with a wide range of skills and abilities. Veronika is an internationally acclaimed Hula Hoop Dancer and Fire Performer. She was 2008’s Fire Hooper of the Year and well known in the TV/Movie world. She has worked with such names as Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, TPain, Ludacris, Jessica Biel, and appeared on CSI NY, Budweiser Superbowl commercials, & the Jimmy Kimmel show.

1:30pm - Rocais

This will be the third year this talented group of ladies will be performing here at Duvall Days. Rocais, are a talented group of ladies who came together right here in Duvall at Studio Beju. Troupe director Martina Crowe-Hewett teaches Tribal Fusion Bellydance at Studio Beju, and is so fortunate to have this amazing group of woman join her weekly. They are super excited to present this unique dance form once again to the Duvall Days stage please welcome back Rocais.

2:00pm - Lights Out!

Lights Out have been together for six years and play both original music and rock covers. The band has played at many venues across Washington and Idaho like Bite of Seattle, Redmond Derby Days, Issaquah Salmon Days, Iron Horse and Captain’s Wheel. They have enough material for original only or cover only shows. Lights Out added this Fall the talented lead singer/guitar player, Bella Mariani, from Locomotive to build out the breadth of their music. They are heading into the studio next June for their first album on the heels of two EPs, Break In and Dumb in the Summer.

2:30pm - TJ Dance Studio

Here’s our wonderful dancers from TJ Dance. The studio where everyone can dance! We have been in the valley for over 30 years teaching all ages and abilities. Our recital is June 22 at Cedarcrest High School. For information on tickets or summer and fall schedules go to tjdance.com. Come watch a sampling of what we do!
